The applicant seeks permission to issue notice to respondent nos.4 and 5 through the paper publication in Daily Punyanagari, Dhule edition under Order V, Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite having executed regular mode of service to respondent nos.4 and 5, they could not be served by regular mode of service. Hence the applicant is concerned to take recourse to Order 5 Rule 20 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908. He further submits that the applicant is ready to bear the expenses

( 2 ) 970 FA 819 OF 2025 for the same.

In view of the above consideration, I pass the following order:-

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Applicant is permitted to serve respondent Nos.4 and 5 through paper publication in Daily Punyanagari, Dhule edition.

c.

Civil Application is disposed of.
