We are not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter as the petitioners have already given representations to respondent no.3 to consider their case for transfer 3.

According to the petitioners, the representations are given on 03.09.2021, 06.09.2021 and 07.09.2021.

Respondent no.3 shall take decision upon the applications / representations of the petitioners for transfer as per the policy and the relevant judgments, preferably within eight weeks. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of writ petition, Civil Application No.12620/2021 is also disposed of.
