Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel for Insurance Company.

The Insurance Company has deposited Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakh) in First Appeal No.1347 of 2017. As per the Award, direction has been given to invest the amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) in the fixed deposit as claimant No.2 was minor. Therefore, that amount cannot be permitted to be withdrawn.

Out of the remaining amount, an amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh) be paid to applicant No.1, after obtaining undertaking from applicant No.1 to deposit the same as and when directed by this Court.
