2, The applicants are claiming that the legal heirs of original claimant No.2 Ramrao Pandu Rathod are required to be brought on record since Ramrao died on 20/02/2020. There is also delay of 84 days for fling this application. As such, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause "B and C".

It is made clear that applicant Kamlabai Ramrao Rathod is already on record and therefore, the appellant -insurance company is directed to bring only Viay Ramrao Rathod on record. The amendment be carried out within stipulated period. Application is accordingly disposed of.
