As the hearing progressed to some extent, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that he would avail of a statutory remedy as may be prescribed under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code with regard to the grievance voiced in prayer clauses 'B', 'C' and 'D'.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with liberty as may be available in law.
