In fact, we are not happy with the reason that has been given for the absence of respondent No. 3 or not making an arrangement for representing respondent No. 3 by a Competent Advocate. However, since now it is stated that the order has been complied with, the order of directing a warrant to be issued to respondent No. 3 stands cancelled.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner is present and he accepts that the order has been complied with.
