On 07.09.2017, stay was granted to the execution and operation of the impugned award subject to condition that the applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation together with interest within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks from the date of such order. The said order is not complied with.

It is reported that, the awardcumdecree has not yet been executed. Hence, permission is granted to deposit the decretal amount within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today. 4.
Subject to depositing the amount as undertaken, the execution and operation of the impugned award shall remain stayed during the pendency of the present appeals.
