Heard. This Court in similar other matters has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount from the Reference Court i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Vaiapur. Thus, the similar order will follow. 2.

The applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking before the Reference Court i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division) Vaiapur.
