Since a grave urgency was voiced at 10.30 a.m., this Petition was taken on the production board.

After this matter was heard for some time, the learned advocate representing Respondent No.2 - Maharashtra State Wakf Board, sought a pass over to take instructions.

After the matter was called out at 05.30 p.m., the learned advocate for the Board submits that the C.E.O. is withdrawing the communication dated 03.07.2024.

In view of the above, the communication dated 03.07.2024 addressed by the C.E.O., Respondent No.2, to the Police Inspector, Washim City Police Station, stands recalled. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
