The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners are transferred from unaided to aided post. After filing of the present writ petitions, the management has filed proposals seeking approval to the transfers of the petitioners from unaided to aided posts. Said proposals are submitted on 01st September, 2018.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case, proposals seeking approval to the transfers of the petitioners from unaided to aided post are pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall take decision on the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.

In view of the above, writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
