Heard learned AGP for the applicant/appellant. 2.

Civil application No. 4724/2017 is filed for extension of time to deposit the amount as per order dated 11.09.2015 in Civil Application No. 10597/2012. Earlier, the applicant was unable to deposit the amount as per the directions given by this court due to the time consumed in the process. Now, the applicant is ready with the cheque of the amount of compensation. The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount with the Registry of this court, forthwith.

Since the entire amount under the award is deposited by applicant,the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed. 1/2
