2] The applicant, who is arrested in Crime No.11 of 2013 registered with Airport Police Station, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Section 376(2)(G), 323, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, is praying for his release on bail.

2 3-crappln3865-15.odt 3] Learned counsel for the applicant files on record a true copy of the order passed by another single Judge bench of this Court in Criminal Application No.3489 of 2015 dated 21st July, 2015. The same is accepted on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. It would show that the similarly situated accused has already been released on bail by this Court.

4] Considering the reasons forwarded in the order dated 21st July, 2015 passed in Criminal Application No.3489 of 2015, present applicant also deserves to be released on bail.

5] Hence, the following order :- A] The application is allowed. Applicant - Pankaj s/o. Suresh Dabhade be released on bail in connection with Crime No.11 of 2013 registered at Vimantal (Airport) Police Station, Nanded, Dist.

3 3-crappln3865-15.odt Nanded for the offences punishable under Section 376(2)(G), 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, on his executing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rs.Fifty Thousand only) with two solvent sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. Bail before trial Court.

B] That the applicant shall not enter into village Kamtha, Tq. Ardhapur, Dist. Nanded and also the area known as Laxminagar till the trial is over.

C] The applicant shall attend police station Vimantal (Airport), Nanded once in a fortnight in between 3 to 5 p.m. on every Wednesday till the trial is over.
