Later on, the matter was mentioned on behalf of the applicant/appellant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/appellant was convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(D), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short "POCSO") and he is sentenced under Section 12 of the POCSO Act and he is sentenced to suffer R.I. for 2 years and fine of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred), I.D. to suffer S.I. for 7 days. He was also convicted for the offence punishable under Section 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") and he is sentenced to suffer R.I. for 1
year and fine of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred), I.D. to suffer S.I. for 7 days. He was also convicted for the offence punishable under Section 504 of IPC and he is sentenced to suffer R.I. for 1 year and fine of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred), I.D. to suffer S.I. for 7 days. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant also submitted that after conviction the applicant/appellant was released on bail for a period of one month and the said period is over. Hence he prays that the applicant be released on bail. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant and the learned APP for the respondent-State. 4.
Perused the judgment in the Special Case No.300 of 2019. The applicant is sentenced for a period of 2 years under the POCSO Act and the matter may not be taken up for hearing immediately, hence the applicant/appellant is directed to be released on bail on executing his PR and SB in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with solvent surety in the like amount, with directions that the applicant/appellant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and attend the hearing of this appeal without fail.

Criminal application No. 1792 of 2021 in Criminal Appeal No. 401 of 2021 is disposed of.
