This application is filed for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by Insurance Company in this Court. The applicants are dependents of deceased. 2.

I have gone through the award passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nanded in M.A.C.P. No.441/2010. Considering the nature of this litigation, permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 50 % of the compensation amount,

(2) CA No.13783/2018 subject to filing of written undertaking within the period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order, to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The remaining 50% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank till final decision of this appeal. 3.

Registrar (Judicial) to act accordingly.
