This is an application seeking amendment of the writ petition.

Learned advocate for respondents no. 6 and 7 opposes the request on the ground that the nature of the writ petition is being sought to be changed / altered.

Since the writ petition is still to be admitted, the respondents will have every opportunity to meet the pleadings, including the ones sought to be inserted. No prejudice is likely to be caused to the respondents.
