This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 28.03.2016, refusing registration of the petition.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 28.03.2016 is quashed and set aside. Writ petition is restored to its original position. Delay is condoned.

The applicant/petitioner shall remove office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove the office objections within the time stipulated above, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled.
