Heard. Issue notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service for the respondent No.1. For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay condoned. Appeal be registered. 2.

The record indicates that, the application has been filed way back in June 2019, but circulated for the first time just two weeks before. As such, there is delay of little over two years in seeking circulation of the matter. True, about a little over one year was wasted due to Pandemic, Covid-19. In view of the same, the applicant/ appellant shall not be entitled for component of interest or any other monetary benefits for the delayed period of 76 days plus one and half year next after presentation of the application.
