By this application the Applicant is seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which stood dismissed due to non-removal of office objections, by an order passed by the Registrar (Judl.) of this Court. 2.

There is a delay in filing the present application. 3.

Having perused the contents of the application, we are of the opinion that the delay can be condoned and the writ petition can be restored to file, subject to office objections being removed within two weeks from the date of this order.
