The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 22nd March, 2022 in all these applications, whereby registration of his First Appeals was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also a huge delay in filing these applications. The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 22nd March, 2022 in all these applications stands recalled and the appeals be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- each to be paid to the Government Pleaders' Library of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
