ORAL ORDER :

The learned Advocate, who represented the applicant, has filed death certificate of the applicant on record, which shows that the applicant has died on 13/12/2010. The legal representatives of the applicant, if any, have not taken any steps to come on record.

The order passed by the Sessions Court

2 Cr.Revn.Apln. 303.2003 dismissing the Appeal and maintaining the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate convicting the applicant for the offence punishable u/s 630 of the Companies Act and sentencing him to pay fine of ` 900/- [Rupees Nine Hundred] or in default of payment of fine to suffer Simple Imprisonment for one month is challenged in this Revision Application. By the impugned order, the applicant was directed to hand over the vacant possession of the house in question and to pay occupation charges, as directed by the impugned order.

In view of the death of the applicant, the Revision Application stands abetted. It is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
