The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 78 of 2016, registered with Jalgaon City Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 392 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in which the applicant was arrested on 10th June, 2016.

It is informed at bar that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant and the

Having regard to the fact that the investigation is over and charge sheet is already filed, in addition to absence of criminal antecedents against the applicant, the application needs to be allowed. Hence, the following order :- The applicant be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 78 of 2016, registered with Jalgaon City Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 392 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/-, with one surety in the like amount.
