JULY 30, 2025 ORDER :- The petitioner had challenged the order passed by respondent no.1, denying the retiral benefits to him. During the pendency of the petition, the sole petitioner died on 05.05.2025. A copy of the death certificate is filed. The wife, sons and daughters of the deceased petitioner want to pursue the petition and therefore, this application is filed for bringing on record their names as legal heirs of the deceased petitioners.

On hearing both the sides, we allow the application in terms of the prayer clause (B). Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy be given to learned counsel for respondent.
