Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the Applicant for grant of regular bail in connection with CR No.200/1998 registered with Police Station, Shivajinagar, Nanded, District District - Nanded for the offences punishable under Section/s 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. ( Sessions Case No.68 Of 2015.) [2] Heard Mr. Rajendra S. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant.

After arguing the matter for quite some time, when this court was inclined to dismiss the present application, Mr. R.S. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application. However, he submitted that, necessary directions be given for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No.68 Of 2015.

2/2 cri.appln. 3870.15...sxw [3] It is to be noted that, CR No.200/1998 was registered with Police Station, Shivajinagar, Nanded, District District - Nanded on 30th September, 1998 and accused is arrested on 7th June, 2015. [4] Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded is directed to dispose of Sessions Case No.68 Of 2015, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and within a period of ONE YEAR from the date of receipt of this order.
