Considering the affidavit in reply and disputed questions of facts involved, it would not be possible to resolve the disputed questions of facts in the writ petition having jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2.

In the light of that, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as may be permissible under law. In that event, all contentions of respective parties are kept open.

For the period of ten days from today, the statusquo as

WP No.9063/21 on today with regard to the writ property be maintained. 4.

Needless to state, on lapse of ten days, this interim protection granted by this Court shall come to an end and shall stand automatically vacated.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
