Election Petition No.7/2025 :

1] The learned counsel for the election petitioner has filed his reply to the application below Exh.14 and the same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-15. 2] This Court, by order dated 18th June, 2025, has already granted time to the respondent no.1 to file written statement. Today again, the respondent no.1 has filed application, seeking time to file written statement and the same is taken on record and marked Exhibit-16. 3] By way of last opportunity, three weeks time is granted to the respondent no.1 to file written statement. The respondent no.1 is put to notice that no further request for adjournment would be entertained.

Election Petition No.10/2025 :

1] The learned counsel for the election petitioner has filed an application seeking no w.s. order against the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11 and 13 and the same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-11. The learned counsel for the election petitioner submits that the respondent nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11 and 13 are served through court service and also by paper publication, however, since last two months they have not filed appearance or say, as such, no written statement order be passed.

2] The learned counsel for respondent no.1 has filed application to permit the respondent no.1 to remove EVM from strong room and the same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-13, so also, he has filed application to delete the respondent no.1 to the election petition and the same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-14 , so also, he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.1 and the same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-15. 3] The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has filed an application seeking time to file written statement and the same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-12.

By way of last opportunity, three weeks time is granted to the respondent no.2 to file written statement. 4] List the matter on 06.08.2025.
