In view of the affidavit filed by respondent No. 4 - Anita Rajabhau Lad, wherein she has stated that an amount of Rs.8,36,839/- can be disbursed to the petitioner society and the remaining amount from the total amount of Rs.14,00,000/- be remitted to her. The petitioner society has accepted the proposal of the respondent No. 4 and has agreed to accept the amount of Rs.8,36,839/- as full and final payment towards outstanding amount and that the petitioner society would issue no objection certificate to respondent No. 4.

In view of the same, it is hereby directed that the Zilla Parishad/respondent Nos. 5 to 10, with whom the amount of Rs.14,00,000/- with interest is deposited, are directed to release the amount of Rs.8,36,839/- to the petitioner society and the balance amount along with the accrued interest be released in favour of respondent No. 4. On receipt of the above amount, the petitioner society is directed to issue

WP 9036/22 no dues certificate to respondent No. 4.

The petitioner society is directed to submit it's bank details to the Zilla Parishad and Zilla Parishad, on receipt of the same, is directed to deposit the aforesaid amount in the account of the petitioner society. 4.
