(Date: March 29, 2019) PER COURT :- We have heard learned Advocates for the parties. It is submitted that during pendency of the petition, the Honourable Chancellor has decided the proceedings and issued directions to the Vice Chancellor to terminate the services of the petitioner.

Mr. Bolkar, learned Advocate for the respondent university submits that pursuant thereto, the petitioner has been issued order of termination and the same would take effect on 20.4.2019.

In the light of the above, petitioner will have to challenge the order of termination of his services.

In the light of above, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedies as may be available under the law to assail the order of termination and raise the dispute before the appropriate form. If the petitioner takes up such a proceedings, all the contentions raised in the present petition of respective parties are kept open. No costs.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, civil application also stand disposed of.
