CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
DATE : 15.02.2023 PER COURT :
Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1502 days, in all these matters, which appear to be caused due to their poor financial condition. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is also circulation delay. Respondent No.2 -Acquiring Body though served, but remained absent.
2.
Considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 1502 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for the delay in circulating the matter, belatedly. 3.
Appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections.
4.
The applications are accordingly disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
