Having been pointed out that though the writ of mandamus is being solicited for the impugned inaction in the form of nonconsideration of the petitioner's proposal for grant of approval from unaided division to the aided division, filed with the Education Officer as late as on 19.06.2024, learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach again if and when the need arises after a reasonable time.
