We have considered the submissions of the learned advocates for the appearing sides. Respondent No. 6 is a formal party and is yet to be served.

We have perused the order dated 16th March, 2021, delivered by respondent No. 4. Clause No. 4 of the operative part indicates that those who are aggrieved by this order OR if the order is not being implemented, can approach the higher authority by fling an appeal. The petitioners have succeeded before respondent No. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach respondent No. 3 by preferring an appeal in the light of Clause No. 4 of order dated 16th March, 2021, passed by respondent No. 4.
