By way of this application, the applicant seeks to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Petitioner Kaloba @ Marothi s/o Mariba Thorat, who died on 20.2.2024. Death certificate is annexed alongwith the application so also certificate of the Sarpanch regarding legal representatives of deceased is placed on record.

Considering the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B and C'. Civil application stands disposed off.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
