The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner is pending since 2004. However, same is not decided. The employer is asking for the validity, failing which, has threatened with the termination of services. The learned AGP accepts notice for the respondents-State. 2.
Considering the statement made by the petitioner that the validation proceeding is still pending, respondent No.2 shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a
938-wp.8393-19.odt period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23.07.2019 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The respondent-employer shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further coercive action depending upon the judgment that may be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
