ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant. The applicant seeks stay of the impugned decree dated 21/2/2017 passed by the learned trial Judge.

Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B), however, on the condition that the applicant deposits the entire decretal amount with interest in this Court within three months from today. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. If the amount is not deposited within prescribed period, the interim stay granted by this Court shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
