DELAY 1.

These applications are for condonation of delay caused in filing the first appeals filed by the original claimants who lost the property in acquisition proceeding. For the reasons stated in the applications, this court is inclined to pass the following order:

ORDER

a] The applications stand allowed.

b] The delay stands condoned subject to depositing the cost of Rs.2000/- in ca/12557/2023, ca/13110/2023, ca/3877/2024 Rs.2500/- in ca/3867/2024 & Rs.3000/- in ca/3925/2024 to be paid in the Library of Bar Association of this court within four weeks from today.

c] Subject to above, office to register the appeals.

(3) d] The applicant to file undertaking that the applicants shall not claim any interest in case amount of compensation is enhanced in the appeals for delayed period.
