Mr. Shelke, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that proposal seeking approval to the promotion of the petitioner as full-time Librarian is pending since 17.08.2015.

Deficiencies were pointed out. The same are also cleared by the management and again reminder was issued on 13.03.2019.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the promotion of the petitioner as full time Librarian

2 wp 9346.2021 is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of four (04) months.

The petitioner, if he so desires, may, approach the Education Officer to clarify if deficiencies exist.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
