Heard Mr. Jayabhar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the road is constructed in the submerged area. The road should be constructed outside the submerged area. The construction of road is submerged area is not feasible and viable.

The learned A.G.P. submits that out of eight Km. road, 7.5 Km. road is already constructed. It is with the vested interest the petitioner is opposing construction of the remaining area. The road is already in existence.

The alignment of the road is the subject matter to be dealt with by the experts. The experts have to consider the feasibility and viability of the road and it is only after the survey and study is made, the road is to be constructed.
