Petitioner contends that suit presented by him to the Mamlatdar under Mamlatdar's Courts Act has been decreed and said decree has been confirmed before the appellate court. Petitioner has also presented an application seeking execution of the order passed by the Mamlatdar on 31.05.2012.

In the facts and circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by directing the Mamlatdar to decide the application seeking execution of the order and for removal of impediment, in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today; and it is accordingly directed. If there are procedural infirmities required to be cured by the petitioner, petitioner shall approach the Mamlatdar and remove same within four weeks from today.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
