After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicant for a while, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief. He, therefore, came around to withdraw the application with liberty to move after a period of six months if there would be no substantial development in the trial of the offence. 2.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The trial Court is requested to commence trial within a period of two months and conclude the same within six months thereafter.
