In clause (v) of the operative part of order 08th September 2025 shall be substituted:

"The claimants are entitled to receive 30% solatium on the market price, 12% increase from the date of notification u/s. 4 i.e. 04.01.1996 to the date of award i.e. 31.10.1998."

After clause (v), the following clause be added as clause (vi): "The respondents No.1 and 2 in FA/1482/2014 are hereby directed to pay to claimants, the interest at the rate of 9% p.m. from 04.01.1996 for first year and thereafter, at the rate of 15% p.a. till the realization of the entire amount."
