Mr.Venjane, learned counsel submits that on 29th September, 2014, the Collector, Latur has communicated to the Deputy Commissioner, Latur Municipal Corporation, to forward the original service book of the Petitioner so also the resolution giving benefits of Vth pay commission. The Municipal Corporation be directed to comply the said order.

Considering the fact that the case is under consideration with the Collector and further process is being done, we pass the following order: I.

The Municipal Corporation shall forward the necessary service book and the copy of resolution as demanded by the Collector vide order dated 29th September, 2014, expeditiously, preferably within four weeks.

II.

On receipt of the service book and the copy of the resolution, the Collector shall take decision on the

30 wp.6345.13.odt same, expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the service book and the copy of the resolution.

III.
