The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with the Education Officer since June 2018. Same is not yet decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (page No. 49) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
