The party-in-person, a Lawyer by profession, made a motion for withdrawal of the petition. Petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.

However, having regard to the cause cited in the petition, it is made clear that, he shall be at liberty to approach the Consumer Forum under the Provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

In case, if such proceedings are take out by the petitioner, the same be decided by the said Forum without being influenced by the order dated 13th July, 2022 passed by the Reserve Bank of India.
