In compliance with the order dated 21.01.2022, a communication dated 08.02.2022 is received from the Assistant Registrar, Criminal Appeal Branch, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. It is stated in the said communication that in view of the order passed by this Court dated 21.01.2022, the entire record and proceedings in Criminal Appeal No. 349 of 2016 is being forwarded to the District & Sessions Court, Ahmednagar.

In view of the above, I hope and expect form the trial court to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed off. 4.

Though learned counsel for the applicant has requested for grant of liberty to the applicant to file an application for bail if the case is not disposed of in time bound manner as directed, however, I am not inclined to grant such liberty to the applicant. The applicantaccused shall extend full cooperation to the trial court to dispose off the said case in expeditious manner as directed by this Court. (V. K. JADHAV, J.) vre
