In view of above, we direct Mr. Devidas Ghodechor, who is the present Authorized Officer and Administrator of Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Shivajinagar, Rahuri Factory, Tq. Rahuri, Dist. Ahmednagar, to personally remain present before this Court on the next date. 4.
