The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants submits that the name of applicant no.5 appears on record, however, after marriage her name is Usha Subhash Shinde. A copy of Aadhaar Card and Gazette publication is filed on record of this application.

In that view of the matter, there is no impediment to permit the applicants to withdraw the compensation amount
