When after hearing learned Counsel Shri Kurundkar for the applicant this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant any relief of quashing of the F.I.R., the learned Counsel submitted that he is not pressing for that relief. He requests that a

2 Cri.Appln.No. 2238/2019 direction may be given to the Trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the matter. The matter is of the year 2013. So, the Trial Court is hereby directed to see that the matter is expeditiously disposed of and, in any case, within six months.

Fees of the learned appointed Counsel is quantified at Rs.4000/- (Rupees four Thousand only) and it is to be paid through the High Court Legal Services, Sub-Committee, Aurangabad. 3.

Authenticated copy of the order is allowed to both the sides.
