This is an application seeking restoration of writ petition by condoning delay of 135 days caused in filing the application for restoration.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A. G. P. waives service for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Mr. Kolhare, waives service for the respondent No. 5. Mr. Rahul Suryawanshi, learned advocate holding for Mr. S. R. Sapkal, learned advocate waives service for the respondent Nos. 6 and 7.

We have heard both the sides. Considering the dispute coupled with the cause put forth in the application, which has gone without any grievance, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Writ petition is restored to its original position, subject to the petitioner depositing cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two thousands only) in this Court within a period of two (02) weeks from today. Restoration of the writ petition is subject to condition that office objections would now be removed within two weeks.
