1] The present civil application is filed to serve the respondent nos.2 to 8 by way of paper publication in Siyasat [Urdu Daily Newspaper] published from Hyderabad, Telangana State.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent nos.2 to 8 are residing on the same address, mentioned in the petition, however, they are trying to avoid service of notice. The learned counsel further submits that the applicant be permitted to serve the respondent nos. 2 to 8 by way of paper publication in Siyasat [Urdu Daily Newspaper] published from Hyderabad, Telangana State and the said news paper is widely

9496.24CA circulated in the area where the respondent nos. 2 to 8 are residing. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the respondent nos. 2 to 8 are conversant with the Urdu language. Considering the said fact, the present Civil Application may be allowed.

3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

4] List Writ Petition No.1435 of 2023 on 11.11.2024.
