We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate Shri. Bora on behalf of the Petitioner and Shri. Ghatge, the learned Advocate on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 (A) and (B). Mr Ghatge represents the returning officers, who have been appointed for holding elections for the Respondent No.3/Trust. He submits on instructions that, the election would be conducted in a peaceful manner. Proper record of the elections would be maintained. The rules and the by-laws applicable would be followed.
