Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in criminal writ petition No. 72 of 2013, the learned APP stated that his client had conducted enquiry in the matter and prepared a report. Since the court did not direct that the copy of report to be placed on record in criminal writ petition No. 72 of 2013, now we cannot pass such order in this contempt petition but such report can be given to the petitioner so that she would take further steps in the matter. After receipt of report, the petitioner may consider her position and file further proceeding for compensation etc. in accordance with law. With the above observations, contempt petition is disposed of. 2.

In the light of the above order, the learned A.P.P. to hand over a copy of report, which is available with him, to the learned advocate for the petitioner forthwith.
